Over view

Manager - Business Development is responsible for attaining Monthly Marketing Development activities & manages the productivity from the Market Development Team

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Meeting Objectives set by management after consultation

2. Managing the Market Development activities across India in liaison with the Market Development Team

3. Ensure achievement of Marketing development team's targets

4. Develop and implement strategic plans for each selected/assigned Area, customers and distributors

5. Influencer Engagement - Masons / Contractors / Architects along with the team.

6. Develop and make presentations to the customers, distributors and resellers.

7. For the assigned accounts, organize product technical / operation training for the staff members, with the help of technical staff.

8. Regularly make field trips to supervise, organize and coordinate all field activities, to ensure successful business.
