The marketing function is responsible for helping build the category of flexible working, listening to the changing workspace needs of individuals and organisations in today's world and empower them with the right environment to be able to make magic everywhere, every single day. Role and Responsibilities:

As the SEO Content Manager, you will be leading the content vertical to ideate, create, distribute and grow myHQ's official blog and own it end to end. You will also be involved in other content marketing initiatives like email marketing, influencer marketing & developing in-house content for official communication.

Part 1 - Content Generation

- Understanding the target audience & their content preferences

- Creating SEO content strategy along with keyword research & selection

- Managing a monthly content calendar & a team of 5-6 writers

- Editing, proofreading & optimising content pieces

- On-page and off-page SEO

- Develop other content assets like infographics, ebooks etc.

Part 2 - Content Distribution

- Drive traffic to the blogs using organic distribution channels

- Ability to think and identify newer channels for blog promotion and growth

- Refurbishing content into different forms for promotion

Part 3 - Content Growth

- Tracking the performance of content MoM

- Identifying newer ways to optimise and grow organic traffic on the blog

- Guest blogging and link building

- Using topical trends to drive seasonal traffic to the blog

Requirements:

- Fondness for one's craft, people who truly love what they do

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or Marketing, from a Tier 1 college

- Exceptional written, research, and communication skills with a flair for creative writing

- Ability to manage a team & collaborate with all stakeholders across the board

- Hunger for growth, for self as well as the vertical you own

- Intermediate understanding of SEO

- Strong understanding of the target audience, consumers and industry trends

- Proficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, and SEO keywords, a basic understanding of HTML
