MyGlamm - Program Manager - CEO's Office (1-3 yrs)
Job Profile:
CEO Office Operations :
- Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, plan, direct and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO office
- Support the CEO for calendar management, event scheduling, travel plans, setting agendas, meeting preparation and follow ups
Planning & Program management : Work across a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands to conduct regular business and financial analysis, help formulate business plans, run special projects, maintain cadences and drive CEO office mandates across functions
Strategy & Planning :
- Participate in regular meetings with the CEO and teams to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions. Attend most meetings with the CEO and support in following up with stakeholders
- Help setup programs to drive CEO office agenda, run relevant analysis and drive implementation of business strategies with cross functional teams
Program Management :Involved in program management, funnel improvement and maintenance with cross functional teams
Key skills :
- Program & Project management - ability to manage multiple projects and drive projects
- Stakeholder management - manage multiple priorities and interact with senior and junior stakeholders
- Good communication, Interpersonal and influencing skills
- Cross Functional coordination
- Problem-solving and active listening
- Strong with numbers, Excel, Powerpoint
- Exposure to FMCG, consumer tech OR digital.
Candidate Requirement:
1) Graduate from Tier 1 institutes with minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in startups as a program manager OR with experience as an EA to MD/CEO or experience in strategic or management consulting roles
2) Comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing changing priorities
3) Willing to learn and grow to build India's #1 online makeup brand.
