Job Description :
1. As Head of Marketplace you will own the execution of and drive the strategy on product, category management, seller acquisition, and growth plans
2. Oversee and manage operations of marketplace Channels in order to ensure the highest level of execution with responsibility for end-to-end order fulfillment.
3. Develop and implement optimal information flow to ensure both Marketplace & customers are serviced within stated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Track and achieve Monthly & Annually sales targets.
5. Worked closely with product and marketing teams of key e-commerce companies
6. Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures
7. Maximizing the revenue and margin from products through online Channel sales and achieve day-to-day and monthly revenue targets.
8. Mentoring and guiding Process Experts within the team to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation.
9. Analysing sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes
10. Driving development in the strategic business planning, budgeting, and sales strategy approach
What you need to have :
- Mandatory to have experience in directly selling on Amazon/ Flipkart/Purplle/Nykaa/Myntra
- Knowledge of Paid Marketing
- Strong business analysis skills
- Strategic outlook with Systems Thinking perspective
- Experience in coordinating with other departments and managing multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
