- Create, manage and optimize product listing on marketplaces(especially Amazon)
- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.(especially AMAZON)
- Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.
- P&L responsibility for growing business on all marketplaces.
- Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly
Required skills :
- 3+ years of successful sales and/or business development experience, preferably in the Personal Care Category in Amazon Marketplace
- Demonstrated success in exceeding overall targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
