Business Analyst - Marketplaces
- Evaluating marketplace business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and suggesting improvement & solutions.
- Managing the entire marketplace business master in one place, detailed analysis of G3 Brands, Categories & SKUs performance. implement cross-brand learnings.
- Leading ongoing data-gathering process and working on a strategy to optimize the existing process and eliminate manual workload.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest platform tools and data available points, ensuring sharp insight to meet business needs and requirements.
- Sentiment analysis of reviews and ratings on our product pages and recommending solutions/insights to brands/KAM teams.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & Power BI/Google cloud.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
