Operation Manager (Bangalore Team) Job Responsibilities: - Hands on experience on the entire project life cycle in terms of Scope assessment. - Strong experience in handling the Operation team with prior experience in managing 10-15 people. - Should have prior experience in customer support, product deployments. - Plan and manage projects, aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive SLAs, meeting timeline s and budgetary targets to enhance bottom line gains. - Proven expertise in setting up new business, ramping up existing process including strategic planning, capacity planning, hiring & knowledge transfer. - Engage with multiple stakeholders 7.
