Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand development
- Responsible end to end for campaign management including communication development, execution, deployment and tracking to deliver business goals
- Understand the Consumer and develop behavioural insights
- Responsible for marketing budget management and allocation of budgets between channels, efficiencies and tracking.
- Responsible for all creative & consumer communication and development across marketing channels
- Managing relationships and deliverables from agencies
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong B2C marketing experience of 5+ years, with focus on brand marketing
- Must have digital and traditional planning background for national brands
- Hands-on experience in media buying across all channels
- Strong agency management experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Should be familiar with consumer research techniques and methodologies
- Should have outstanding communication skills, be collaborative and a team player
- Should have a self-starter attitude and possess high integrity
- Must be willing to work hard and work smart
