Company: MyCFO Website: www.mycfo.in Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Take overall ownership for Accounts &amp; Finance function in client company acting as CFO - Expertise in working directly with management to drive and monitor performance of efficiency improvement initiatives - Needs to have constant interaction with Management &amp; Stakeholders to address important areas - Aide fund raise activities in the company, act as a strong support system for the promoters &amp; drive their initiatives to incoming investors - Identifying gaps in current accounting &amp; financial processes and building robust SOPs - Provide analysis and commentary for Financial and Operating MIS - Support in creation of long-term &amp; short-term business forecasts - Ensure creation &amp; adherence to budgets across organization - Ensure creation &amp; adherence to Monthly Cash Flow Plans - Finalize Financial MIS - P&amp;L, CF, BS preparation and Operating MIS - Ensure all Statutory Compliances (GST, TDS, VAT, Transfer pricing, Income Tax etc.) - Review of Financial Statements, leading the audit process with a Big 4 or large CA firm - Ensure implementation of internal audit findings - Managing relationships with Banks (negotiating credit limits, rate of interest, transaction costs etc) - Work with other department heads to help improve business efficiency and help measure business performance - Ensure reduction in working capital requirements - Initiate &amp; follow up on Cost savings initiatives - Initiate &amp; follow up on IT initiatives including ERP implementations - Co-ordinate with CS for company secretarial activities and board meetings Skill Requirements: - Experience in Handling/ improving End-to-End Accounts &amp; Finance Process - Highly articulate in expressing business plan forecasts /communicating with investors &amp; management - Strategic Planning Skills - Statutory Accounting &amp; Audits Skills (Book-keeping to closures) - Ability to handle Taxation &amp; Compliance - Ability to handle end-to-end Budgeting - Fund Management Skills - Cashflow Management Skills - Strong Excel skills - Strong PPT Skills - Ability to Interact Confidently with Client's Sr. Management - Ability to Take Responsibility &amp; take up EL's role as &amp; when needed - Strong Written English Communication skills - Strong Verbal English Communication skills - Ability to work unsupervised Mahalaxmi Gupta
