Business Development Manager JD - Myapps

The Sales Manager will be responsible for mapping, qualifying potential sales opportunities and meeting the decision makers. This role will make a significant contribution to maximizing investment made on marketing and awareness programs through rapid and proactive follow-up of inbound inquiries, prospective account development activities

1) Should have experience in Product Selling / Solutions Selling / IT Service sales.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

2) Meeting planned sales goals.

3) Develop and roll-out Product Marketing strategies. Align the strategy with the organization's business goal and other business units.

4) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

5) Manage the budgeting and business development team, own business plan for their business unit and contribute to the business plan of all product lines

6) Identify price trends, retail price elasticity, processes, and systems to formulate pricing strategies that optimize the yield

7) Work with product marketing team to build a product marketing plan to meet commercial objectives. Align the strategy with the organization's business goal

8) Develop strategies and tactics and work with other sales and marketing management team to identify unmet customer needs and develop programs to drive product's market share

9) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the reporting head

10) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

11) Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the product line.

Qualification & Preferred Skills

1. 5 -10 years of relevant experience with graduation in Technology and Masters/MBA

2. Experienced in selling IoT, AI, ERP, Retails Products in India.

3. Must be great at understanding Technology Products & Solutions

4. Proven track record of doing this for startup's or large companies based in India.

5. Extremely good communication and persuasion skills.

6. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
