Roles and Responsibilities : - Meet with customers to understand their pain points and drive the product development keeping customer's needs at the forefront - Responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, execution and growth of a product category and work closely with technology, marketing, and operations team to ensure quality customer experience and timely delivery - Define metrics to 1) measure success of the product 2) measure quality of customer experience/satisfaction 3) identify bottlenecks in process improvements etc. - Responsible for researching and investigating legal technology products through market research and innovation. Required skills and Qualifications : - Customer focused mindset with high bar for customer experience. - Strong project management and time management skills with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand and analyse user needs and conduct market research - Bring in independent thought, like to challenge conventional thinking and identify opportunities to drastically simplify and improve ways of doing things, especially using technology
