Join us ( if ): - You have an entrepreneurial bug - You work best with no adult supervision - You live to solve problems - You get weird ideas in the middle of the day, with a sudden urge to implement them - You think out of the box, and do not accept the status quo Job Title - Digital Marketing Manager Roles and Responsibilities - Growing the business towards the projected growth through innovative digital strategies - Seasoned digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of growing and running digital channels SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, retargeting, affiliate marketing, video adverts (experience required in at least 3 or 4 of these channels) - Lead the teams to build content (e.g., product videos, email, website copy, blog posts, forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products/services - Implement the strategy by leveraging effective advertising, communications and promotional campaigns through suitable- marketing- channels to drive brand building, customer acquisition and engagement - Provide strong analytical capabilities in the digital space, by implementing key performance measures for each digital program, evaluate the effectiveness of those programs and digital marketing overall, identify new trends and new analytical tools in the digital space, and deliver timely campaign results and summary reports - Maintaining our social media presence and measuring budgets and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate and guide the SEO, graphic designing and content team for Website optimization and development of keyword portfolio by data mining, Google Analytics and conducting keyword research - Collaborate to create landing pages and optimize user experience of the company's website - Lead and coach digital marketing efforts to ensure alignment of digital initiatives - Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth - Develop the overall marketing and communications strategy keeping in mind the marketing budget Required skills and Qualification - Proven 5+ years of working experience in digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Expertise in advanced analytics implementation, reporting and insights on a platform such as Google Analytics - Strong data analytic skills including experience in interpreting statistical analysis, web results and direct marketing campaign analysis. - In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective users (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.), and how each channel can be deployed in different scenarios - Up-to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing - Strong drive for execution and delivering results
