My Eco Energy is an end to end transportation fuel business and for the first time in India Indizel an advanced quality fuel which meets the international fuel specification of a EURO 6 EN 590 fuel is being launched. All set to create a disruption in the transportation industry; it will always be priced lower than the prevailing market price of diesel. Our fuel stations will be unique and have an innovative format because they are modular. MEE is embarking this journey with an ambitious plan which is being implemented of setting up in excess of 4000 fuel stations.

At MEE every state will function as an as an independent business entity. MEE Gujarat/ Rajasthan/ Maharashtra/ UP will be focused towards an extensive expansion of opening 2,000 outlets and more. The emphasis will be on strategic planning which would help the organization achieve its goal.

At MEE- Gujarat/Rajasthan/Maharashtra/UP we are looking for female candidates who have experience in Sales domain and been responsible for heading a team.The ideal fit for the opportunity would be someone who would be coordinating with the sales force on daily basis regarding the progress and keep a track regarding their daily progress.

Preference would be given to candidates who can join us on immediate basis or a maximum of 15 days time frame.

Mentioned below is the job description:

To overlook the sales team and keep a track on sales staff regarding the sales report on daily basis.

To deliver presentations to the retailer when required

To track sales staff daily reports, to check on the daily basis the progress or development happening in terms of closures

To check whether their interaction with the retailers is happening on right track, gather feedback on the communication and the information shared.

To develop strategic plans for marketing function that shall facilitate growing the revenue of all product portfolios.

To lead the development of a robust market activation plan (including retail consumer promotions, tactical trade promos, and corporate promotions)

Responsible for Research and developing strategies and plans that identify various marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development, etc.

Develops, manages and implements corporate communications plan and programs, including public and media relations; internal and external corporate Web sites; agency communications; and other types of programs.

To assist the sales staff for effective sales strategies and guide them where they lack in communication or train them so that end results can be met.
