Marketing :
- To lead the sales and marketing strategy formulation and implementation for creating innovative and best marketing practices.
- To Establish and implement short term and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- To develop and oversee the strategic plan that could help in building brand and product portfolio profitability.
- Responsible for Research and developing strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- To oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
- To Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in conference with the Company's business plan in close coordination with regional sales managers.
- Responsible for establishing both market and target customer strategies for the organization in close coordination with key sales personnel.
- To overlook entire marketing budget, marketing plan and look into forecasting in tandom with the budget allocated.
- Expanding the scope for new sales territories, sales methods and feasibility study, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
- To conceptualize retail strategy and execute it across channels for all product categories.
- To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- To plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
- To participate in the development of new project proposals.
- To represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- To Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
- To maintain good network and increase the visibility and acceptance in the Market.
Key Account Management :
- Responsible for positioning the company appropriately as partners to Strategic Accounts.
- To directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
People Management :
- To create an atmosphere that promotes moral, ethical and legal business conduct and ensure marketing and sales team is meeting customer needs and contractual obligations.
- To Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
- To provide direction, motivation and training to the sales and marketing team, thus ensuring optimum performance.
- To Develop leaders through performance reviews and routine discussions regarding competencies, value alignment and results achieved
Commercial :
- To develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- To Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc
Vendor Management :
- To promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
