My Own Eco Energy Pvt. Ltd.

My Eco Energy is an end to end transportation fuel business and for the first time in India Indizel an advanced quality fuel which meets the international fuel specification of a EURO 6 EN 590 fuel is being launched. All set to create a disruption in the transportation industry; it will always be priced lower than the prevailing market price of diesel. Our fuel stations will be unique and have an innovative format because they are modular. MEE is embarking this journey with an ambitious plan which is being implemented of setting up in excess of 4000 fuel stations.

At MEE every state will function as an as an independent business entity. MEE Rajasthan will be focused towards an extensive expansion of opening 2,000 outlets and more. The emphasis will be on strategic planning which would help the organization achieve its goal.

At MEE-Rajasthan we are looking for a person which has an extensive experience in the Sales domain. The ideal fit for the opportunity would be someone who has head the Sales team, dealt with a huge turnover and has been responsible for leading a State or multiple zones .

Preference would be given to candidates who can join us on immediate basis or a maximum of 15 days- time frame.

Mentioned below is the job description:

Responsible for designing, development and communication of strategy to all functional heads.

Plan, develop and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.

To overlook entire cash flow management and turnover to be generated with a set plan.

To lead the functional teams and ensure all operations are aligned to business strategy.

To oversee development of business plan for all new and existing businesses.

To set standards for performance for all functions in the organization.

To setup systems and procedures for broad level operations and develop guidelines for functional performance.

To promote the company to local, regional.

Ensuring that resources, including human resources, financial, physical, technological and information requirements are available and are effectively deployed to address strategic needs and maintain sustained product /service delivery, and must meet the accountability requirements of Government.

Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Program, Product and Service Delivery - Oversee design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services.

Look into Manpower when required and discuss with the human resource department in terms of the plan and requisition.

Community and Public Relations -- Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, thereby supporting Board's evaluation of key senior executives.

Establish goals and operating objectives for all business units and ensure the head of functions understand and implement business strategy.

Manage Sales & Marketing:

To confer with regional manager in defining annual business plan for the sales function based on the defined corporate and marketing strategies.

To translate the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly operational plans and develop, on a regional scale, sales targets and volume goals for each product/brand.

To complete cost and resource requirements, promotional budgets to achieve the required sales forecast and market share for all product categories.

To Provide marketing inputs to in terms of Customer targeting, Sales pitch and Pricing and to Propose and executes policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products.

Responsible for strategic client Servicing, Sustain key interface with clients and set the tone for staff in terms of client servicing expectations.

Establishes effective communications with appropriate executives and managers in order to maximize the organization's sales effectiveness.

To oversee development of policies, procedures and objectives for selling the organization's products and services.

To Plan, organize, implements sales programs for the organization and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives.

To visit key markets to evaluate operations and provides supervision and leadership to area sales managers.

To lead local sales associates in distributor management in selecting, developing and monitoring performance of distributors/ wholesalers/ network.

To provide positive leadership within Sales team with clear direction, motivation to achieve expectations both financial and non-financial.

To coordinate with channel and category managers for effective implementation promotion and advertisement function in the sales territories.

To assessing competitive performance by analyzing data on market share performance and analyzing competitor movement in various regions.

To monitor the monthly/quarterly sales achievement Vs Targets (primary/secondary). Analyze the sales figures and take corrective action in case of non-achievement of targets.

Manage Key Accounts :

To identify Key customer segments/key accounts who add the most value/profit to your organization and communicate their importance to the team.

To understand the requirements of Institutions, retailer's and end consumer goals for product lines and uses movement data to create marketing and distribution plans that delivers value to customer.

Manage People :

To communicate the evaluation criteria set for the sales team and motivate, train, evaluate sales force on ongoing basis.

To timely measure the performance of personnel with regard to the set evaluation parameters- sales management performance assessments and sales performance metrics.

Manage Commercial Activities:

Track and monitor sales force expenditures, and prepare budget v/s actual variance report.

Monitor collections, actual collection vs targets. To take corrective actions as required.

To monitor functions like sales transaction and collections, warehousing, distribution, compliance, accounts and risk management.

Manage Vendor and External Relationships:

To appoint/manage distributor/Dealers across territories. To assess and evaluate vendors credibility and commitment towards My Eco Energy as a long term commitment.

To establish and maintain relationships with government authorities and responsible for compliance with regulatory requirements.

Should be able to identify the areas where the land needs to be figured out.

should be able to make an analysis report in tandem with the sales forecasting

Should be able to tap maximum location and build up a strong network that could help in identification of franchise.

Should have handled good distribution sales/ retail sales. He should have dealt with the distributors/channel sales.

Channel Management.

Improving the dealer & distribution network through monitoring performance and supporting all promotional campaigns.
