Role : HR Analyst

Location : Delhi (Chattarpur)

Job details :

- Support throughout the life cycle of the HR projects from problem structuring / need identification to implementing solutions at client site

- Conduct research, gather and synthesize relevant information to develop key insights

- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients

- Produce and support existing reports and presentations

- Conduct client and third party interviews to validate hypothesis

- Generate, maintain, analyse & present daily/ weekly/ monthly HR reports

- Develop and conduct training for clients

Eligibility criteria :

- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in HR or Post Graduation with a specialization in HR

- Knowledge of Human resource processes

- Strong ability in using MS office (MS excel and MS power point)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time management skills

- No gap in employment
