Role we are hiring for: Consultant

At MXV, a Consultant is an integral part of the project team and works closely with client teams to design solutions and drive change.

The work involves creation of frameworks, research and fact finding, data analysis, and working with teams to implement programmes. There is client interaction from the very beginning and the opportunity to work with top management teams.

Consultants get to learn about different industries and domains with every assignment. In addition, there are innumerable internal initiatives/projects to get involved in. Typically a person would work across 3-4 different industries or functions during the course of every year.

Recruitment process - 

We hire candidates from the IIMs and other top MBA colleges. For the Consultant role, we look at individuals with work experience of 2-5 years.

As an organisation, we take recruitment very seriously and devote considerable time and effort to ensure the right fit for the candidate and the company. Typically, this will include 3 to 5 rounds of case-based discussions.
