Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across various digital platforms, including search engines, social media, and display networks. - Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaign targeting and optimization. - Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). - Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization. - Monitor and adjust bid strategies, budgets, and campaign settings to achieve desired performance metrics. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives and target audience. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid advertising to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for expansion and growth in paid advertising channels, including new platforms, ad formats, and targeting options. Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Paid/PPC Specialist, with a minimum of 2-6 years in managing paid advertising campaigns. - Strong knowledge of paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). - Experience in optimizing campaigns for maximum performance, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization. - Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools for campaign optimization. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports. - Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification or Bing Ads Accreditation are preferred. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is desirable.
