We are looking for a CFO/Finance Head for one of our client who is into manufacturing of hydraulic components in Pune. Skills - Strong knowlege in local GAAP and IFRS required - Working knowledge in ERP-SAP - Working knowledge in common reporting tool (i.e. Hyperion, Jedox, BCS SEM, etc..) is a plus advantage - Strong knowledge on business dynamics and financial implications - English is a must - Professional knowledge in MS Office (espcially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) - Strong Leadership and Talent development Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Establishing policies, procedures, and internal control structure. - Budgeting and planning, Capital and working capital management, presentation and approvals from Board; - Pro-actively providing strategic and operational support to business operations; - Improve overall fund management; - Management and statutory reporting - Timely reporting and established process for Indian GAAP, IFRS, MIS - Corporate governance and compliance procedures, Transfer Pricing, RBI and FEMA including resolution of legacy compliance issues, transfer pricing litigation, appeals and strategy; - Actively involved in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, capital assets acquisitions, liaison with other business heads and CEO and reporting to the Board of Directors; Education :&nbsp; - Master in Commerce, with a qualification as Chartered Accountant / Cost Works Accountant - MBA in Finance is a plus advantage
