Job Summary :

- The Group is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in effective decision-making, project management and execution of strategic initiatives.

- The EA assists the Managing Director in long-term planning and projects to ensure growth of the organization and success of the Group.

- She/he represents the Managing Director in strategic partnerships, cultivates and maintains excellent working relationships with partners, clients, associates and officials, communicates to engage experts and decision makers nationally and internationally, and takes strong follow-up to achieve Managing Director's targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Executive Office/Office of the Managing Director; run cadence for leadership meetings, board meetings, leadership offsites; structure and help deliver company-wide seamless communication

- On behalf of the Managing Director, assist with implementation of cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are attended to and completed on time

- Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the Managing Director, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a different perspective, and following-up on action items with the team accordingly

- Serve as an extension of the Managing Director to funnel and filter information, and facilitate internal and external stakeholders; evaluate and process inquiries directed to the Managing Director, determining their priority and proper course of action

- Serve at strategic, tactical and operational levels to support the Managing Director in providing oversight to projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility

- Represent Managing Director in strategic partnerships and key relationships; maintain excellent rapport with partners, investors, clients, associates and government officials; communicate effectively to engage experts and decision makers

- Track high priority initiatives to identify any/potential obstacles; proactively follow-up with Managing Director's team if and when goals are not being achieved to determine reasons for the same, and to provide actionable recommendations for improvement

- Assist with overall documentation in the Managing Director's office; institutionalize an effective Business Intelligence system that provides analyses, recommendations and options to the leadership team for high impact decisions

Candidate Profile :

- Professional business qualifications (MBA from IIM's and ISB)

- Minimum 10 years' experience as Executive Assistant to top management

- Experience in construction, real estate, IT infrastructure development sector a plus

- Excellent organizational competencies with exceptional office management skills

- Experience in data analysis, interpretation and visualization

- Language proficiency in English, Marathi, Hindi

- Advanced computer skills
