Assistant Marketing Manager

We're looking for someone to drive marketing of the next generation of travel services in newer markets.

Your responsibilities will be to:-

- Develop an integrated marketing strategy which establishes our brand and meets growth targets in MENA region

- Build country marketing plans that include promotions and partnerships to increase revenue and meet monthly targets in area of responsibility that is correlated with the brand guidelines.

- Prepare annual marketing calendars, budget plans and cost control measures

- Develop strong agency relationships to deliver your strategy and negotiate the best rates

- Monitor, optimize and report the effectiveness, ROI and other KPIs of all marketing activities

- Continually devise market research initiatives to gain competitive insights and tap new niches

- Champion customer retention by developing an ongoing cycle of customer communications

- Serve as our brand guardian and represent the values we stand for in all our work, at all times

- Travel to, and represent us at marketing events outside the city/country when necessary You'll need to have

- A bachelor's degree or an MBA in marketing

- 5+ years of experience in travel, hospitality or e-commerce marketing

- Experience leading campaigns with through-the-line media and PR activities
