1. Applicants should possess 2 yr full time MBA/PGD in HR from any reputed or Top B business school
2. Should have strong experience working with the leadership team & senior stake holders within the organisation
3. Should have strong experience & should be a subject matter expert in Compensation & benefits
4. Should possess experience in C&B either for Indian operations or global operations
Applicants with experience in either consulting industry, HR analytics background, experience in merger & acquisitions, exposure in due diligence is highly desirable .
Incumbents should have strong inclination towards building a career in C&B function .

2. Working on compensation structure
3. Short term/long term incentive structure
4. Market intelligence on rewards & recognition
5. Experience in total rewards
6. Salary benchmarking, compensation benchmarking, compensation designing, compensation modelling, compensation analytics, compensation conceptualization, compilation review etc
7. Experience in budgeting new programs /initiatives
8. Work experience in people cost/per capita costing, business intelligence etc
9. May have worked on commission plans too
