Multiliving Technologies - Brand Manager (4-6 yrs)

Basic Requirement:

The Brand manager will be responsible for the brand activations, marketing strategy and end-to-end customer engagement and NPS. The objective is to build a differentiated and effective marketing strategy and establish Multiliving as the digital-first go to brand for all the homes in the country. The Brand manager will also be responsible for building and executing the brand and marketing communications and media strategy for multiple business offerings of Multiliving. He/she will execute the 360-degree marketing plan comprising of offline & digital marketing, local and strategic BTL campaigns, social marketing, PR, digital and offline alliances and content marketing. He/she will also build and maintain a very strong ROI focus for demand generation, and use the consumer insights to drive higher efficiencies in marketing.

A successful candidate will be

Responsibilities:

- Building, budgeting, designing and implementing different marketing initiatives at Multiliving across different media channels - BTL, ATL, Digital, Content and Strategic Alliances

- Will be responsible for handling multiple campaigns, consumer research initiatives and marketing plan across categories of business

- Manage demand generation using a mix of ATL, BTL and digital marketing, with strong focus on reducing cost per lead / maximizing marketing ROI

- Manage the creative development, management, measurement and execution of local campaigns, working closely with agencies to develop trackable, measurable integrated communication projects

- Generate and execute new ideas, identify gaps and opportunities, that will make lasting impact on users

- Work closely with the Sales teams to provide local marketing support for their locality activation

- Create a strong ROI driven marketing culture, with focus on reporting and analysis of each initiative and it's outcomes - end to end feedback loop to enable insight driven campaign planning and execution

- Work closely with key people in sales and operations team to understand business problems & initiate effective marketing measures and document insights and learnings

- Responsible for interacting with advertising, media, vendors and PR agency on all communication requirements and set up a proper feedback process

- Leverage existing product features and technology to bring in a simple, yet, exciting message to user & plan campaigns on same

- Responsible for articulation of Multiliving platforms & creating leadership position in the market

Basic Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing domain of any consumer business, preferably having scaled a digital/ consumer internet brand with very rapid growth, with special focus on digital marketing

- Strong understanding of ROI driven marketing, and a data-driven approach

- Should possess strong analytical aptitude towards problem solving and should be inclined to understand digital media, creatives, analytics & other relevant performance metrics

- Clear understanding of the consumer journey in any online product and online media habits to be able to generate valuable insights

- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial set up

- Candidate should have good academic record and strong communication skills. Must have passion for start-ups/ technology
