- In our search for VP, tech, we are looking for a visionary who has a penchant for problem-solving and finds comfort only in constant discomfort. - If you have built scalable tech products from scratch in your past role and built a strong team of young developers and nurtured them to become better versions of themselves, then we are looking for you. In terms of hard skills, we are looking for some hands-on experience with Node.JS, MongoDB, GCP, AWS, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Vue.JS, React JS, Angular; building REST APIs and integrating Third-Party APIs; building Deployment System; and a basic idea of Machine learning and NLP (bonus).

- As a tech VP, your role will include taking important decisions regarding the entire tech road map of the Company in alignment with the Company's short and long term goals; leading a team of one of the finest developers and constantly hiring more people to enrich this team further as per requirement;

- Achieve seemingly unrealistic timelines for feature development and product releases; innovate and explore the latest technologies to evaluate if they can push the Company's product vision further by a few years.
