Ltd. is a kitchen automation company based out of Bangalore, focused on innovative, smart and robust equipment for commercial kitchens. We started with our first product, a fully automatic table-top Dosa making machine - DosaMatic and currently we have 7 fully automatic machines covering 4 global cuisines and a beverage. The company grew five-fold in terms of revenues and number of machines developed in the past 2 years. Who are we looking for: We are looking for a HR Lead to be a part of our team. The person will be closely interacting with cross-functional departments to streamline HR with business goals. Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy. The roles and responsibilities will include managing the entire HR Department, giving great experience during the entire employee life cycle, and building a great culture for employees working with Mukunda. The overall roles and responsibilities will be divided into: a. HR as a Business : - Work closely with the CEO, COO and Finance team to formulate quarterly and yearly HR budgets. - Work closely with cross-functional business teams for workforce planning as per the company's yearly goal. b. Talent Acquisition: - Forecasting and planning talent requirements as per business requirement. - Collaborate with key stakeholders and lead all TA initiatives, aligned with the business. Drive and manage the end to end recruitment process across Business. - Strong Employer Branding Expertise and act as the brand ambassador for the Business Function and work on employer branding activities. - Define Talent Acquisition Strategies & hiring plans for India and International locations as well. - Manage the delivery of recruitment operations including vendor management; market trend analysis; org resource planning/ analysis; metrics; candidate selection. - Reporting on Cost impacts, Market Standards, Dept wise business Vs. HR Report, ROI Report etc as and when required. c. Talent Management - Review and analyze business employee survey data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee workplace experience - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests - Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively - Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve and sustain the highest engagement score. - Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures - Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling. - To make Mukunda a great workplace and give employees a great workplace experience. d. Compliance, HR Operations and Shared Services : - Oversee all activities leading to payroll and compensation benchmarking - Ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed well in terms of TAT, accuracy, frequency & compliance leading to seamless service delivery including attendance and time tracking, payroll and compliance and exit - Regulate compliance-related activities like payroll, ESI and PF. What are we looking for : As a successful candidate, you must have: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR domain preferably from a product-based startup environment. - MBA HR from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 management institute. - Must have handled a minimum team size of 5 people consisting of hiring executives, payroll management and HR operations executives with a vision to build the department ground up. - Must be good in communication skills, both written and verbal and be a commercial visionary in order to sell company attributes to both internal and external stakeholders. - Well versed in Compliance and regulatory matters. - Well versed with HR Analytics, should be able to slice and dice data for easy consumption of the senior leadership team.
