The product has been into development for the past 2 years & now we are ready to start getting into the market. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a business unit head for the upcoming B2C division,, your primary roles and responsibilities will include: - Launch a new range of kitchen robots for home & build the brand story, GTM & post launch activities - Draw customer insights during pre-launch phase & alter the marketing plan accordingly - Plan & co-ordinate the manufacturing activities, set up after sales teams & work with operations to ensure timely delivery of the product & a smooth customer experience - Onboard & mentor teams internally to achieve business results - Be responsible for the P&L - Work on a pipeline of new products Take end to end ownership of the B2C division What are we looking for in you? As a successful candidate, you must have: - Min 3 years of experience in a marketing role - Total of 8+ years experience - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and delivery skills - MBA from a premium B-School (IIM(Indore, Kozikhode), XLRI, SIMBI, FMS etc) - Should be a people motivator & infuse energy in the team Benefits: - Competitive CTC - Company Esops (after a min of 1 year in the organisation) - Growth
