Experience: 8- 15 years

How will your typical day look like:

Growth

- Meet with the rest of your fulfilment unit leaders to identify and mitigate potential gaps in a portfolio generating between $10M - $30M USD in revenue. Take actions to ensure healthy growth of the portfolio

- Collaborate with the client services leadership team to assess and take decisions regarding the health of various portfolios

- Display an entrepreneurial bent of mind, constantly looking for expansion opportunities both within and outside your portfolios

Building capability :

- Drive programs to ensure that the next layer of Apprentice Leaders are ready to handle scale and take on more responsibilities

- Meet with your first team to drive horizontal projects like People, Process, Growth and Quality across account teams

Execution

- Build and implement processes to ensure seamless delivery by design across your portfolio

- The workday stretches into late evenings and you- d find yourself talking to the founder and India leadership, taking tactical and strategic decisions for the company
