Responsibility and mandate:

- Become the single point of contact with the PR agency with respect to MTR corporate/category strategy

- Single point contact for crisis/reputation management. Prepare, manage and execute a crisis mitigation plan when needed

- Manage all aspects of internal communication including newsletters, intranet, town halls, etc.

- .Partner with HR to drive inspirational communications around employer branding to help retain existing employees and recruit best-in-class talent.

- Manage content for MTR's career page on LinkedIn, the company website, Intranet, etc.

- Implement reporting and define success measurements for all communication

Main tasks and/or projects:

- Responsible for enhancing the brand reputation among external and internal stakeholders by leading, strategizing, and managing PR initiatives for the corporate brand and all Business Units.

- Work with all cross-functional teams to develop communication strategies that support business objectives and drive growth across the market.

- Create a positive environment by developing effective internal communication programs

- Create and implement a structured framework for employee communication with a focus on employee engagement and establishing the various HR initiatives

- Establish a presence and participate in industry events and seminar

2. Candidate Profile

Education:

- MBA in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/Journalism or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in PR/Corporate Communication.

Experience:

- Sound marketing concepts, analytics, and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of business dynamics

- Exposure to digital

- Strong Knowledge of digital media and current local/global trends in media consumption
