Main Tasks and/or Projects:

1) Drive the Monthly SNOP meeting with key leaders/stakeholders.

2) Coordination with Supply planner on stock availability from own factories & 3Ps.

3) Daily stock availability monitoring and distribution planning for all the CFAs

4) Align with Logistics team on Dispatch schedule and release dispatch plan NPD,

5) Promotion Items: Align on volume projections & launch timelines, ensure distribution within timelines, and monitor sales performance during the launch period.

6) Generate a monthly baseline forecast for the next 2 months and align with the Sales team on the final plan.

7) Build forecast models for predicting the future months demand volumes.

8) Track forecast accuracy.

9) Propose and implement solutions for improving the forecast accuracy

10) Contribute to the implementation of automated replenishment system at CFAs

11) Study tail SKUs and propose and implement rationalization periodically.

12) Co-ordination with various stakeholders.

13) Master data and hygiene management.

Responsibility and Mandate: -

1) Develop forecast at SKU level for the aligned planning horizon.

2) Align with Sales on Forecast vs Sales projections, release a monthly demand plan for Production

3) Lead the monthly SNOP process and align with all key stakeholders.

4) Ensure on time and efficient despatch of stocks

5) Monitor service level at CFAs across the country

6) Pro-actively look at current gaps in service (Case Fill, Delivery performance, service network) and suggest and implement improvement plans

7) Monitor and update SLOB status.

8) Follow-up on SLOB liquidation plan

Candidate Profile

Education (Level and area)- MBA - Operations/B.E., Field of Study - Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service in Supply Chain Function, Certification course in SCM would be an added advantage.

Experience

2-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Distribution in FMCG industry

2) Ability to deliver in constraint environment and manage complexities.

3) Digital Literacy

4) Knowledge of MS

5) Excel Exposure to SAP

6) Good interpersonal skill
