MTR Foods - Manager - Marketing (4-7 yrs)
Responsibility and Mandate:
1. Ensure assigned category delivers objectives in respect of volumes, market share and margins.
2. Develop the category strategy through strong consumer insights that delivers consumer loyalty and generates demand.
3. Drive innovation process for the assigned categories.
4. Develop and execute category advertising and promotion campaigns with cost effective media mix to support brand objectives.
5. Determine marketing consumer research objectives, initiate research and integrate findings to product plans.
6. Coordinate all category product initiatives through the entire value chain to ensure profitable growth.
7. Drive cost reduction projects to deliver product margins.
8. Independently manage marketing operations for the assigned category.
9. Work with external agencies to execute the category strategy
Main Tasks and/or Projects:
1. Build and execute category plans
2. Own the P&L for the category
3. Drive Innovation Projects
4. Support Trade Marketing with BTL
Experience:
- 4 - 6 years of experience with at least 2 years of brand experience
- Minimum 1-year experience in Sales
- Sound marketing concepts, analytics and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of business dynamics in India
- Experience in packaged foods industry
Competence/Skills :
1. Good Domain Knowledge of Marketing with exposure to advertising development, media planning and consumer research
2. Understanding of FMCG sales system in India
3. Digital Media Knowhow
4. Analytical Skills
5. Prior project management experience( Added advantage)
