- Custodian of success of all Campus Programs and Trainee Programs in the organization.
- Recruitment, on-boarding, engagement and retention of all front-line sales personnel and Executives and Managers across all functions and locations.
- Engage with client population to successfully monitor the - pulse- of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Drive GPTW and Employee pulse surveys and action plans.
- Participate in cross-functional teams responsible for the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

- Drive end execute Campus Programs end to end.

- Graduate Engineer Trainee Program

- Technical Internship Trainee Programs.
- Collaborate with campuses for recruitment drives and facilitate scheduling with business leaders.
- Drive employer branding initiatives at Campuses.
- Pre-onboarding engagement of campus hires.
- Facilitate induction and orientation of campus hires.
- Effective implementation of program schedule and learning objectives in collaboration with business.
- Effective periodic review mechanism.
- Evaluation and feedback.
- Coaching and counselling of trainees.
- Drive process improvements and implement industry best practices.
- Recruitment:
- End-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to on-boarding of all new joiners at the Executive and Manager bands and contract staffing in field sales and Retail (Namma MTR).
- Collaborate effectively with Business Managers to understand requirement, desired skills, knowledge and competencies.
- Effective use of external, internal and social media tools for hiring.
- Collaborate effectively with head-hunters.
- Ensure superior candidate experience at all times.
- Effective interviewing and feedback.
- Ensure audit compliance and documentation hygiene.
- Assist Head - Talent Management in driving SuccessFactors for Recruitment.
- Drive employee referral program.
- Drive process improvements and implement industry best practices.
- Build effective analytics mechanisms.
- Performance Management
- Assist Head - Talent Management in driving SuccessFactors for Performance Management and train employees.
- Coordinate with business functions with respect to Mid-year review and final appraisals.
- Partner with Head - Talent Management and business in appraisal normalisation and feedback sessions.
- Custodian of performance management process for all contract staffing. Build robust systems and processes and drive the same.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Partner with Head - Talent Management in providing compensation support including salary planning, benchmarking, approval of salary actions, promotions etc. for all White Collar employees.
- Execute salary planning, revision and benefits for contract staff in frontline sales and Retail (Namma MTR).
- Collaborate effectively with contract staffing vendors and ensure compliance with respect to all statutory requirements for contract staffing.

- Recruitment TAT and Quality of Hire.
- Effective management of contract staffing hiring and retention.
- Development and timely execution of the campus programs and processes.
- Development of the campus trainees (recruitment /retention /attrition).
- Process improvement and driving technology interventions in HR.

Education & Experience :
- Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel/HR Management or MBA in HR from a institute.
- 3+ Experience in managing recruitment, campus programs, performance management, operations.
- Experience and exposure to compensation and benefits desired.
Competence/Skills :
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern methods and techniques in areas of responsibility.
- Exposure in managing campus programs.
- Knowledge and exposure of competency frameworks.
- Experienced in managing employee engagement and culture building activities and interventions.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- MS Office proficiency (Excel-High; PowerPoint-Medium; Word-Medium).
- Strong task orientation.
