Job Description for Digital Marketing &amp; E-Commerce Manager - Drive the 360 digital agenda for MTR company &amp; brand - Develop a robust e-commerce marketing strategy own portal/market places and drive execution in partnership with the channel sales team. - Define and develop plans for MTR's successful play in digital marketing (along with Category leads) and e-commerce on the market places front (along with the sales team). - Drive sales and profit growth for own portal (e-commerce) - Lead CRM and ORM initiatives. - Lead the relationship with Digital AOR. - Drive sales Growth on e-commerce - Drive promotion effectiveness. - Drive impact of Brand through Digital activations.
