Job Description for Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager
- Drive the 360 digital agenda for MTR company & brand
- Develop a robust e-commerce marketing strategy- own portal/ market places and drive execution in partnership with the channel sales team.
- Define and develop plans for MTR's successful play in digital marketing (along with Category leads) and e-commerce on the market places front (along with the sales team).
- Drive sales and profit growth for own portal (e-commerce)
- Lead CRM and ORM initiatives.
- Lead the relationship with Digital AOR.
- Drive sales Growth on e-commerce
- Drive promotion effectiveness.
- Drive impact of Brand through Digital activations.
Education & Experience :
- Master's in Business Administration from top 25 B schools.
- 5+ years- of work experience in digital and e-commerce space.
- Understanding of FMCG functioning desirable.
- Consumer Goods marketing experience.
- Digital & e-Commerce marketing experience.
- Good understanding of changing digital landscape in India. M
- Experience in packaged foods industry.
- Experience in working with agency partners.
Competence & Skills:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce.
- Analytical Skills.
- Prior project management experience.
- Understanding of FMCG sales system in India.
