MTR Foods Private Limited - Digital Marketing Manager - Bengaluru
Responsibility and Mandate:
- Manage both Organic (Social Media - YT, IG, FB, TT, LI) and Paid Digital Media.
- Custodian of Media Budgets (Digital). Will be responsible for utilizing budgets efficiently - keeping close supervision on the media planning & buying activities of the agency.
- Establish the Influencer Program to make it eventually a direct-relationship between MTR and its global community of patrons.
- Brief & guide various agencies, freelancers etc on Content Creation requirements
- Daily Campaign reporting with agency - Monitoring Campaign Performance (in-flight) and making necessary adjustments. Should be good at Insight Mining, MIS etc.
- Competition Track and Regular reporting of the same.
- Managing and growing MTR's ecommerce footprint across in international markets.
- Will work closely with Marketing Manager and Cluster Business Manager for each Cluster.
2. Candidate Profile :- Graduate Degree with 2-3 years' experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in an Agency or Digitally native start-up.
- Must hold Digital Marketing Certification - Facebook Certification/Google Certification/ Any other
Experience :- Should have previously run FB, IG, YT campaigns on his/her own (not just via agency).
- Should be well versed with back-end dashboards and campaign management on these platforms.
- Understanding of Content Trends across platforms (especially International markets) - Good Understanding of concepts like Live shopping, short video formats, UGC etc.
- Understanding of International Markets especially USA & Canada is desirable.
- Good understanding of Consumer Businesses - Should have worked in FMCG, Food, Beverage or Beauty either directly or handled it as an account (in an agency).
