We're looking for bright young MBA Graduates from IB specialization who are interested in building a career in the FMCG industry to join our Young Professionals Development Batch 2022 and be part of the MTR growth story.

YPDP 2022 : Snapshot

Program Architecture: Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) 2022 program is a 1-year program broadly divided into 3 phases:

- Induction and Orientation (2 Weeks).

- Cross-Functional Exposure Training. Work on live implementable projects across functions regardless of your core area of specialization (28 Weeks).

- Posting as IB Manager

Location : During the YPDP Cross-Functional Exposure Training: Bangalore/Kochi/Anywhere in India

Final Location as IB Manager : Anywhere in India

Compensation : Rs. 15.40 Lakhs CTC (11.30 Lakhs Fixed + 1.70 Lakhs Performance Linked Variable Pay(annual) + 2.00 Lakhs retention bonus).

Eligibility Criteria :

- Full Time 2 years MBA/PGDM from IIFT (Delhi/Kolkata)

- 2022 Pass out Batch

Responsibility and mandate : IB Manager

- Formulate and Execute Advertising and Promotion schemes in collaboration with the Marketing Function.

- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain for development of export specific products, production and deliveries.

- Build positive and impacting relationship with all channel partners within the framework of company policies.

- Implement and administer policies, plans, systems and targets in respect of local key accounts.

- Collaborate with HR to source, select and develop a talent pool including export markets. Coach and counsel for development, retention and succession.

Main challenges in this position :

- Develop volume, value, margin, product and geography strategy for export business.

- Develop and update Export Sales Operation Manual outlining the interplay and roles of various channel partners and managers, export sales systems, documentation, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing, collections and risk management.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.

- Execute annual plans for the MTR Product range including value, volume and margin targets.
