We're looking for bright young Chartered Accountants who are interested in building a career in the FMCG industry to join our Young Professionals Development Batch 2023 and be part of the MTR growth story.

YPDP 2023 : Snapshot

Program Architecture: Young Professionals Development Program (YPDP) 2022 program is a 1-year program broadly divided into 3 phases:

- Induction and Orientation (2 Weeks).

- Cross-Functional Exposure Training. Work on live implementable projects across functions regardless of your core area of specialization (28 Weeks).

- Posting as Finance Manager

Compensation : Rs. 16.00 Lakhs CTC (11.80 Lakhs Fixed + 1.80 Lakhs Performance Linked Variable Pay(annual) + 2.00 Lakhs retention bonus + 0.40 lakh medical insurance).

Eligibility Criteria :

- Qualified CA : 2022/2023

Responsibility and mandate :

- Scheme Management and offer costing.

- Costing, Pricing & Margin/Profitability Analysis Work.

- Proactive approach in ensuring accurate and timely Price Master Maintenance

- Managing & coordinating Cost audit

- Taking lead role for change in pricing analysis & correction due to key changes - be it taxes or cost, schemes, offers.

- SAP CO module-related works.

- Internal Financial controls testing and developing Risk Control Matrix.

Main challenges in this position :

- Management of Scheme, Scheme MIS, Offers etc.

- What IF analysis for Margin basis different business scenarios

- Managing and ensuring Annual MRP revision across categories and zones

- Support to Marketing & Sales team with analytics for various strategic decisions.

- Support in achievement & maintenance of Margins across categories and channels

- Ensuring timely and accurate Pricing as per request for Domestic and Export

- New ideas and innovation in costing/pricing
