Responsibility and Mandate : - Master data Management for MT &amp; E-com customers - Monitor service level at CFAs for products being manufactured at Bangalore factory specifically for MT &amp; E-com customers - Ensure on time and efficient despatch of stocks to MT distributors - Ensure on time and efficient despatch of stocks for E-Com marketplace - Pro-actively look at current gaps in service (Case Fill, Delivery performance, service network) and suggest and implement improvement plans - Monitor and update SLOB status (MT) - Interfaces: MT Sales Team, MT customers (need basis), Planning, Production, IT and Logistics team Main Tasks and/or Projects: - Daily stock availability monitoring and distribution plan for all the CFAs (MT) - Reservations of stock for MT &amp; E-Com orders - Resolution of service issues for MT &amp; E-Com customers. - Performance reconciliation as reported by MTR and as reported by MT chains &amp; E-Com accounts. - Co-ordination with various stakeholders. - Master data and hygiene management Main Challenges in this Position: - MT service-related complication: Maintain high service level (stock availability in excess of 98% at a daily level) - Ensure stock freshness - Multiple customers and their unique processes/ practices - High degree of alignment to organizational needs to act as a bridge between sales and manufacturing. Candidate Profile : Education :&nbsp;Bachelor's Degree/MBA - Operations Field of Study : Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service in Supply Chain Function, Certification course in SCM would be an added advantage
