Your key roles with us :

- Meeting builders, contractors, architects, etc and educating them about mSupply platform.

- Generating queries from builders, contractors, architects, etc and interacting with the msupply backend team to get the best quotes.

- Responsible to drive the sales for all categories of building materials. Hence managing sales of multi categories of building materials.

- Handle and build healthy relationship with multiple customer (builders/contractors/architects) accounts in and around LOCATION & region.

- Strategy approach to meet the individual and team target, analysis of P&L of the team.

- Understanding the depth of various categories of building materials and their market in and around LOCATION region.

- As a brand ambassador of mSupply, represent the organization and the platform to builders, contractors and architects at LOCATION area and educate them about mSupply's B2B platform and drive the sales through the platform.

- Enhance your team database network and relation with the existing customers and also the customers of mSupply.

- Manage the key accounts of targeted premium customers (builders, contractors and architects) of mSupply.

- Interact with the mSupply's supplier engagement team (Purchase team) to get the best quote for the enquiries of customer.

- Primarily you will be part of customer engagement team to engage with new group of builders, contractors and architects.

- You will be responsible to organize & participate in builder meets on a regular basis to exchange views.

- On mSupply B2B platform, you will also be selling various category of building materials to the key premium customers

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :

- Any Graduation or MBA (Preferred) with relevant exposure / experience of Sales & Marketing in Building Material industry.

- Key skills for this role- should have handled monthly sales of approx. 3 Crs - 10 Crs,

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines of the business, while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
