Senior Analyst/Manager - Venture Capital Job Description : $125 Million single-family Fund, out that ~$25 Million is invested in an early-stage start-up from the various industry like health care, Health-tech, High tech &amp; other early/mid-stage venture capital fund across India &amp; US Deal Sourcing : - Finding new start-ups to invest in and making the initial outreach. - Perform primary / secondary market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities - Preparing IM, Valuation modeling, Business modeling Deal Execution : - Conducting due diligence (legal/commercial diligence) on potential start-up investments, analyzing their markets and financial projections, - Prepare term sheet and other legal documents and negotiating deal terms. Portfolio Company Support : - Prepare exit strategy &amp; help fund to exit from current portfolio companies/ Funds - Helping portfolio companies with everything from recruiting to sales &amp; marketing to engineering to fundraising and administrative and financial issues. - Prepare &amp; reporting of portfolio companies/ funds performance through detailed MIS tracking with financial &amp; business metrics Qualification : - Must - BE/BTech (Tier 1 colleges - IIT), MBA (Tier 1 colleges), - CFA an added advantage - Must - 4-6 years work experience in VC &amp; PE funds - Team handling experience of (2-4 analyst) Proven leadership skills &amp; ownership mindset Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
