We're Hiring: MSME Credit Head (Secured Lending) - Multi-State Role

- Exciting opportunity to lead and scale a high-impact MSME Secured Lending business across Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana!

- We are looking for an experienced MSME Credit Head (Secured Lending) to drive credit underwriting, risk management, and loan disbursement across 150+ business branches.

The ideal candidate should have:

- 12+ years of experience in MSME credit underwriting, secured lending, and risk management (NBFCs/Banks).

- Strong expertise in handling large AUM secured MSME loan portfolios.

- Proven leadership in managing multi-state credit operations and leading large teams.

- In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment, secured loan structuring, and regulatory norms.

- Preferred qualifications: MBA/CA/CFA or relevant finance/banking background.
