Role Summary : 

This position is responsible for Leading the marketing strategy for existing and planned products, create marketing plans and monitor brand performance in conjunction with Sales to enhance the product profitability, brand positioning and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

The major activities of the incumbent are aimed at marketing strategy and planning, new product launch and marketing operations. The activities will include but are not limited to:

- To plan and achieve Marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio (Vaccines) on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.

- Competitive intelligence - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

- Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget

- Identify and develop list of external opportunities and analyse potential targets via active internal and external scouting activities.

- Build business cases and ensure approval of identified opportunities with new product launch.

- Conduct ongoing business and financial review of business development opportunities.

- Optimize cross-functional support needed to ensure effective communication and implementation of BD objectives.

- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growth

- Responsible for alliance management with strategic partner to achieve business goals

Qualifications & Skills : 

- MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 6+ years of total experience across Sales and Marketing in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sectors.

- 2-3 years marketing experience in same therapy area is a pre-requisite. Experience in marketing of any Critical Care / Antifungal / Antibacterial brand preferable.
