MSCI - Team Lead - Talent Acquisition Operations (7-12 yrs)
Your team responsibilities
The TA Operations Senior Associate role will manage a team of TA Operations Specialists and primarily supervise operations related to Talent Acquisition Operations while collaborating effectively with leaders in Talent Team, HRGs, and Process Leads across HR Effectiveness Team.
This role will need to demonstrate the ability and confidence to work with a global team with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis. This role will report to the Head of HR Operations in which the candidate is expected to have a proactive attitude in taking full ownership of administrative duties in preparing performance metrics.
The role will bring visibility and exposure to manage and participate in HR Projects thus it would be imperative for the candidate to be able to build strong relationships across HR team, employees and hiring managers.

Your key responsibilities
- Equip process mastery in the main core of TA Operations which includes:
- Interview Scheduling Management.
- Offer Letter Creation.
- Background Check coordination with empaneled vendors.
- Familiarity in HR systems i.e., Taleo and Workday.
- Hiring and onboarding facilitation of new hires.
- Provide utmost support to the Head of HR Operations in tasks related to:
- Performance metrics management via dashboard in PowerBI
- Project management and automation initiatives in liaison with HR partners and empaneled vendors
- Representation in process-related calls across stakeholders
- Responsible Workday superuser access in approving hire corrections, rescinds if necessary.
- Processing employee life cycle changes like transfers, job movements, terminations if necessary
- Handling all types of exceptional employee letter requests
- Coordinating with Process Lead for TL Operations for international transfers and managing the employee mobility and administration process in line with corresponding legislation and compliance procedures.
- Coordinating with Process Lead for TL Operations in requisition creation and management
- Handling employee queries and liaising with HR Partners on a daily basis
- Provisioning for conducting / implementing training programs
Knowledge in general administrative functions (included but not limited to):
- Maintaining accurate data in all HR Systems like Workday and Taleo on timely basis
- Monitoring the case management tool and be the first point of contact for general HR queries related to TA Operations
- Providing administrative support for annual or ad hoc HR projects
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Desired experience and qualifications:
- 7-10 years of operations experience in HR Operations/Administration in a matrix, international organization
- Experience in process documentation and process mapping is preferred
- Experience working in a HR shared services setup is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
Skills that will help you excel in the role:
- Superior Business English - verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office applications particularly:
- Microsoft Word - mail merge, comment and review
- Microsoft Excel - vlookup, pivot tables, minor macros
- Microsoft PowerPoint - concise presentation skills in 7 lines
- Microsoft Visio - process map creation, swimming pool lanes, etc.
- Microsoft SharePoint - creating paths, folders, limiting access/es.
- Strong experience in stakeholder relationship management experience with a proven record of accomplishment and experience
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while managing the team on the other hand.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work individually for delegated tasks while managing the team on the other hand.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Familiarity with using HR systems / technologies plus:
- Oracle Taleo
- Workday
- Power BI
- Experience working in the financial service industry is a plus
