JD for Project Study & Strategic Planning:
The Manager/ Sr. Manager - Strategy will be responsible for directing strategic planning efforts, leading cross-functional strategic projects impacting P&L, developing new and actionable insights into industry/competitive dynamics, and preparing reports, presentations
- Work closely with the Director on the strategy and next steps
- Lead in the creation of frameworks and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Drive performance transformation across key functions of the business across the value chain
- Develop performance baseline through rigorous benchmarking and select deep dives.
- Establish targets by benchmarking with best-in-class organisations within as well as across industry
- Collaboratively work along with Functional Heads in scenario planning to drive org transformation
- Tracking the impact of various transformation projects
-Conduct analysis on topics such as new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities
Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience with significant exposure to Organisation transformation
- Prior consulting experience welcome
- Understanding of Manufacturing Industry
