- Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity by enhancing quality,process & feedback system.

- Preparing SOPs, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining reports for facilitating decision making

- Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.

- Devising systems and process changes for qualitative improvements in productivity and reducing rate of rejection.

- Achieving cost saving measures & modifications to achieve substantial reduction.

- Adhering to strict measures in operating procedures and equipment centre lines to optimize resource/capacity utilization.

- Conducting regular internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to pre-set norms.

- Implementing quality assurance operations for raw materials, work in progress, finished goods across various departments.

- Conducting internal audits, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards.

- Extending coaching and counseling, appraising and reviewing performance.

- Ensuring optimum performance.

- Liaisoning with Govt. Regulatory Bodies such as Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspector, electrical Inspector etc.
