MRCC - Solution Architect (10-20 yrs)
- 10 - 15 years of experience in instructional and learning experience design.
- Exposure to international clients including US, UK, Europe.
- Participate in client calls to understand client business need.
- Create RFIs to obtain complete information on business needs.
- Define solutions targeting the business need with suitable blend of modalities, delivery mechanisms, instructional approaches, and technologies.
- Determine the scope of a curriculum / course in terms of measurable learning goals within the framework of client requirements.
- Provide solutions from evaluation, definition plus design to develop, deploy and implement.
- Provide accurate effort estimates.
- Create SOWs/proposals defining scope, assumptions, schedules, and costs.
- Be up-to-date on market trends and developments in the learning industry for effective and present day solutions.
