THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, BASED IN OUR BENGALURU, INDIA OFFICE REPORTING TO THE MANAGER OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. THE ROLE You will be directly responsible for managing a global portfolio of affiliate marketing partnerships whose purpose is to build awareness for MPOWER's loan and scholarship products and drive leads to our website. You'll manage day-to-day operations to ensure partners have all they need to appropriately promote MPOWER to their customers or audience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Onboarding new partners and providing appropriate training materials as well as marketing materials for use on partner websites and collateral - Supporting marketing campaigns that partners execute, such as email campaigns, newsletters, webinars and events - Responding to inbound requests from partners - Creating reports and dashboards that measure the success of initiatives and programs - Developing and managing an affiliate network - Writing content to support brand awareness efforts - Creating quarterly performance reports and managing partnership compensation THE QUALIFICATIONS - Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field from a North American school preferred - A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-tech environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities - A proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs or quotas - Experience with partner or vendor management is a plus - Ability to work collaboratively with a global and diverse team - Excellent written and oral communication skills - you'll be working a lot with our US-based team via email and video conferencing - Strong analytical skills and tech fluency, including Excel, Salesforce, Slack, and other collaboration tools - Tireless energy, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude - A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must! In addition, you should be comfortable working in a start-up environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
