MARKETING LEAD - JOB DESCRIPTION About mPokket : mPokket is a mobile app based lending platform that provides instant and paperless loans. We currently provide micro loans to college students in India. Our technology architecture and processes allow us to seamlessly onboard users, assess risk, and disburse and collect funds without any physical interface with our customers. Responsibilities : - You will lead the strategic planning and daily execution of acquisition and retention marketing activities, as well as owning the overall customer treatment from their initial awareness of the mPokket brand, into the considerations funnel, and through to conversion and then retention. - You will need to create a marketing strategy across multiple offline and online channels,and build a team to execute on the strategy - You will need to keenly measure and track all relevant metrics to measure effectiveness and impact and be familiar with various tools used to analyze and visualize data - You will need determine the right trade-off between in-house and outsourced expertise,and find the right partners to whom specialized marketing functions can be outsourced Requirements : - You have 6+ years of consumer marketing experience, preferably digital - You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing - You love data and analytics and understand how to use complex customer and transaction data to inform acquisition and retention - You- ve been a part of fast-growing consumer or e-commerce business that has gone from zero to millions of MAUs - You know how to create acquisition loops through SEO, UGC, referral, and paid media - You are a self starter and work independently and effectively with little oversight - You are excited about the opportunity to work very hard (we love what we do and it expands beyond 9-5) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy to build something incredible - You can think out of the box to develop new and innovative marketing strategies - You can get more done with less, and don't necessarily need big budgets to deliver
