We provide instant micro loans to college students and young professionals in India over a mobile app.&nbsp; - Our technology architecture and processes allow us to seamlessly onboard users, assess risk, and disburse and collect funds without any physical interface with our customers - We are looking for an experienced and qualified Company Secretary &amp; Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.&nbsp; - You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as ensure compliance.&nbsp; - The role is a vital link between the company and its Board of Directors, shareholders, government and regulatory authorities and all other stakeholders.&nbsp; - You are required to have the highest ethical standards and work diligently to complete your duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. The goal is to preserve the company's integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course. Responsibilities : - Ensure compliance with all statutory laws of central, state, and local governments and relevant regulatory bodies such as the RBI. Specifically, ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 - Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative. Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR department to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations - Draft and monitor contracts with third parties. Act as arbitrator/conciliator in domestic and International commercial disputes. Draft Arbitration/Conciliation Agreement/Clause Requirements : - Qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India - 10 years of work experience, with 5 years as a Company Secretary - Experience with NBFC compliance is strongly preferred - Experience working in a publicly listed company is a positive - In-depth knowledge of all statutory laws and relevant regulations - Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping - Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities - An analytical mind able to - see- the complexities of procedures and regulations - Excellent communication skills - Undergraduate or Masters Degree in any field of study
