mPokket - Finance Manager - Debt

Role: Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

- Liasioning with potential lenders (banks & financial institutions) for fresh funding and submission of data / information

- To ensure end to end execution in debt raising exercise - replying credit queries, documentation and post draw-down compliances

- Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly reporting to Lenders, Debenture Trustee Compliance.

- Providing information to Rating Agency as part of continuous surveillance

- Working on book debt assignment and preparing related reports and other monthly updates such as Portfolio cuts, Borrowing details, collection data, etc. for the lenders

- Co-ordinating with external CA for certification requirements

- Co-ordinating with internal teams for data requirements

- Preparation and monitoring of daily cash-flows

- Good relationship management & communication skills

- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and understanding of credit

- Strong Excel Skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Stakeholder Management

- General understanding of various borrowing products available in the market

Persona:

- CA/MBA with 5+ Years work experience

- Knowledge of RBI regulations and financial services industry

- Should have working knowledge of treasury operations
