Chief Manager Finance
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Represent organization's financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities (TDS, GST) along with any submissions and forecasts, including monthly / annual closing reports.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Responsible for treasury function including cash flow & funds flow management
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Create and present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Additional duties as necessary
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 - 10 years of post-CA experience
- You have knowledge of IFRS/IND-AS
- You have worked with NBFC (Preferable)
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You are willing to work in a highly-result driven team environment
- You are a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
- You have knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes
- You have knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, practices, and procedures
- You have the ability to create spreadsheets and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
